To entitle your UO account with the Grand Bazaar Theme Pack:

Go to the account management page https://account.ea.com/myacct/uo/uo-hub.jsp?skin=uo and click on Modify An Account.
Click on Subscription Information and Upgrade Account.
Enter your Upgrade Code EXACTLY as it appears to you in the email.
Start UO and keep your same code you used to upgrade your account.
Open your paperdoll (or character window) and click on the "Help" button.
Click the "Promotional Code" button at the bottom of the Help window.
Enter both the Rustic Theme Pack and the Gothic Theme pack Codes EXACTLY as it appears when it is emailed to you. You CAN copy and paste the codes from the email to make things easier.
Your codes will be verified and if valid a Raised Garden Bed deed and a Chest of Sending will be placed in your inventory bag.
